Heylys does not collect any personal information. The app does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details.
All content you create in Heylys — including your bouquet arrangements, garden (saved bouquets), and preferences — is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage or iOS app storage. This data never leaves your device.
Heylys does not use any analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking technologies. We do not track your usage, location, or behavior in any way.
Because we collect no data, we have nothing to share with third parties. Heylys does not sell, trade, or transfer any information to outside parties.
On iOS, Heylys may request permission to save images to your Photo Library when you choose to save a bouquet. This permission is used solely to save the image you explicitly request to save. Heylys does not read from your Photo Library.
On iOS, Heylys may request permission to send local notifications (a gentle daily reminder to arrange your bouquet). These notifications are generated entirely on-device and are never sent to any server. You can disable them at any time in your device Settings.
The Heylys app and web experience work fully offline. An internet connection is not required. The web version is served over HTTPS and does not set any tracking cookies.
Heylys is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
If we ever change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Since we collect no data, any changes would only reflect additions to features (such as an optional sync feature) and will be announced clearly.
